Do I get a booth regardless of the sponsorship package?

Yes – a booth space is included in all sponsorship packages. The size and available opportunities vary depending on the selected package.

When is payment due?
Payment is due 30 days after the contract has been signed.

How many congress passes are included in the sponsorship packages?
The basic sponsorship package includes one congress pass. Premium packages include up to ten congress passes.

Can my company include marketing materials or products in the delegate goodie bag?
Yes, we gladly accept promotional materials and branded items to include in the delegate goodie bags.
